Craig dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though I
Craig dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though I was inconveniencing him. I simply asked that they investigate a noise my car was making. He told me they had taken the car for a test drive and couldn’t hear anything. However, my mileage and dash cam footage show that the car was never driven. They had my car from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., which was more than enough time to properly investigate my concern. I took a Lyft from my office and arrived back at the dealership around 4:30 p.m. Craig didn’t realize I was there, and I overheard him speaking negatively about me. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I ever expected to experience at Liberty.

Michael is a very nice person but I feel like I overpaid
Michael is a very nice person but I feel like I overpaid for the car. I had a unique situation where I bought a car last year that needed to be bought back and I bought a new car instead. They did it as a trade in instead of a buyback so while I spent the last year in the shop I still had to eat about $2-&4,000 more than I thought was fair. Even after doing research and sharing my findings with Michael he said the deal given was the best that it could be. The original car was a higher trim and everything. I decided to go through with the transaction because Jason in service was absolutely awesome over the last year trying to repair the other car that was essentially manufactured poorly.

When I went to Liberty Mazda, Semir & Jordan made my experience of buying my latest car not as stressful and a pleasant experience! Michael is a very nice person but I feel like I overpaid
Michael is a very nice person but I feel like I overpaid for the car. I had a unique situation where I bought a car last year that needed to be bought back and I bought a new car instead. They did it as a trade in instead of a buyback so while I spent the last year in the shop I still had to eat about $2-&4,000 more than I thought was fair. Even after doing research and sharing my findings with Michael he said the deal given was the best that it could be. The original car was a higher trim and everything. I decided to go through with the transaction because Jason in service was absolutely awesome over the last year trying to repair the other car that was essentially manufactured poorly.

Everyone there was incredibly kind. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the features to their financing options. I'm the type of person that doesn't need the "bells and whistles" but I fell in love with the car is chose at their lot. Because of the exemplary service (as someone that used to work at a dealership), I've spread the word to at least 5 people to come by and get their next car from there.

Craig dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though I
Craig dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though I was inconveniencing him. I simply asked that they investigate a noise my car was making. He told me they had taken the car for a test drive and couldn’t hear anything. However, my mileage and dash cam footage show that the car was never driven. They had my car from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., which was more than enough time to properly investigate my concern. I took a Lyft from my office and arrived back at the dealership around 4:30 p.m. Craig didn’t realize I was there, and I overheard him speaking negatively about me. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I ever expected to experience at Liberty.

Michael is a very nice person but I feel like I overpaid
Michael is a very nice person but I feel like I overpaid for the car. I had a unique situation where I bought a car last year that needed to be bought back and I bought a new car instead. They did it as a trade in instead of a buyback so while I spent the last year in the shop I still had to eat about $2-&4,000 more than I thought was fair. Even after doing research and sharing my findings with Michael he said the deal given was the best that it could be. The original car was a higher trim and everything. I decided to go through with the transaction because Jason in service was absolutely awesome over the last year trying to repair the other car that was essentially manufactured poorly.

Everyone there was incredibly kind. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the features to their financing options. I'm the type of person that doesn't need the "bells and whistles" but I fell in love with the car is chose at their lot. Because of the exemplary service (as someone that used to work at a dealership), I've spread the word to at least 5 people to come by and get their next car from there.

Craig dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though I was inconveniencing him. I simply asked that they investigate a noise my car was making. He told me they had taken the car for a test drive and couldn’t hear anything. However, my mileage and dash cam footage show that the car was never driven. They had my car from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., which was more than enough time to properly investigate my concern. I took a Lyft from my office and arrived back at the dealership around 4:30 p.m. Craig didn’t realize I was there, and I overheard him speaking negatively about me. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I ever expected to experience at Liberty.
