People who care about customers and make an effort to ensure we are satisfied, driving a safe car, with an eye to not wasting our money. We have purchased and serviced multiple new and used cars here. At a time when customer service can seem to be non-existant, it's a strong value at this dealership. Great people.

My vehicle needed immediate warranty repair which usually takes a few weeks to fix. Liberty Mazda completed the repair in 5 days and communicated the status throughout. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road.

Service was fine but took forever. Almost 3 hours for an oil change is borderline unacceptable when the dealership knows you are sitting there waiting, and you have an appointment.

I got charged for an oil change, even though I had a sticker on the window that clearlybsaid it had been done less than 100 miles before. I wish they would have asked me if I needed that before doing it.
Dominic was an amazing person!! Yes he was a salesperson but didn’t have the “attitude” of a salesperson. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Have bought 4 cars over the years here (1 was totaled in an accident - other person at fault) sales team has ben great. Also serviced the cars here, Jason & his team are usually great, there was 1 incident over the many years but they were accomodating & worked to correct this hiccup. Good team & great cars.

Hunter Sanders was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of the vehicle ,and his down to earth personality made buying the car extremely enjoyable. I actually really liked buying the car . Liberty Mazda is a great place for routine car issues. It's easy to get to, and the check in process is quick and efficient. They have a pleasant waiting area with coffee and snacks and table areas to work at if needed. All in all, they make it easy to get you car work done.

This place is clean friendly and they give great customer service. They keep you posted while you're car is being serviced and they send you a video explaining everything they are doing to your car. This is a great place to have your car serviced.

Awful experience. A 2 hour recall took 24 hours and the brakes didn't work after. Left car at 10am for recall and oil change, at 2pm I call them for an update and they were "waiting for the tech", with no communication to me they were running 4 hours late, at 4pm he was "almost done", at 530 I finally get my car back. Brought my 2021 CX-5 to Liberty for a thermostat recall after the check engine light came on. I was able to secure an early morning appointment and was checked in right at 7:00am. By 7:10am I was in an Uber that Liberty arranged and paid for and at my office 10 minutes later. I was notified within 3 hours that the maintenance was completed and was provided a full video overview of what the technician did to compete the job. Very easy car buying experience---no stress and no negotiating to get the most agreeable price. Discussing add-ons - also no stress and no pressure. Hunter was great--went over the entire vehicle, set up my bluetooth and showed me all the controls and tech. Would definitely go there again if I am in the market for another vehicle.
