Unorganized, slow, unpreparedness even after us doing all the prep on our end. Slow to greet. Sends us to coffee and to sit instead of being ready for our appointment. Promises made at one meeting forgotten at the next one so we had to ask and should not have to. Now made to feel we should be grateful although it was a promise Mazda manager made.

I have been bringing my CX-5 to Liberty Mazda since I purchased it 11 years ago. I would not ever consider bringing it anywhere else. While this last visit was somewhat pricey due to some big ticket items, including front & rear brakes, I feel comfortable with the service provided and know it is done right using quality Mazda service and parts. The communication with the service team is outstanding and I appreciate the videos and honest opinions on what services are highest priority and which ones can be done at a later visit.

I brought my car in to fix two rims. They came out great! I was given a rental car until my car was done which they said about 3 days. The work was completed very promptly and the second day I picked it up. Everyone was very professional, organized, and prompt. So far since I bought my car the service has been wonderful.

I bought my Mazda 3 at the Hartford dealership and have only used their service team to maintain hi, (yes, my car is male) for these 13 years. I will continue to only use them, hopefully for another 13 years. The facility is spotlessly clean. They work as a team and I find that means higher quality service. Technician seemed to be quite slow and under qualified I had to immediately return because something was rubbing and my service maintenance light was not turned off.

Well usually when I get a oil change they usually take a video and let me see what they're doing, what they're checking but this time I didn't receive anything so I don't know if they did a check or not. I was okay with the service. I just felt just a little bit weary if that's the word I want to use. I just wasn't happy with the with the service that day but overall you guys do a good job

I LOVED my experience with Liberty. They have awesome communication. I was able to drop off my vehicle and pick up next day for an oil change, brakes, and some other misc services. It was all clearly explained, fairly priced, and done via text so I had everything in writing, which I appreciate for my reference. They provided an inspection video, and the whole experience felt very transparent. When I picked up my vehicle, they were super friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I got a Mazda.
